К&А participates in a seminar on «International Commercial Arbitration»
On June17, lawyers at К&А, Nurbek Sabirov and Magomed Saaduev, took part in a seminar on International commercial arbitration. The seminar was organized by the International Court of Arbitration under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Russian specialists Vilkova N.G. and Zenkin I.V. shared their experience in legal representation in international arbitration. The seminar participants also discussed the issues of concern in the law enforcement practice of the International Court of Arbitration and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
